When you are facing something that only you and God truly know and understand. None of your friends can help you no matter how much you express because the situation always leads you back to your knees and face before God.
It's you and Him, He is leading you to somewhere new , to a new you, a better and stronger you, so He can use you even more.
He speaks to you that He will never leave you, you are His responsibility because you belong to Him, but you have to be willing to push through this with Him. He can't do everything for you as the hardest parts of the changes are dependent on you, but He will give you such amazing strength that you will overcome.
He says 'stop worrying about how, trust Me'
This is His one of His greatest desire towards you and I :
"........As you learn more and more how God works, you will learn how to do your work. We pray that you’ll have the strength to stick it out over the long haul—not the grim strength of gritting your teeth but the glory-strength God gives. It is strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into joy, thanking the Father who makes us strong enough to take part in everything bright and beautiful that he has for us." (Colossians 1:9-12 MSG)
